Compliance, Privacy and ISO Certifications
Project Informatica, as the parent company, is sensitive to the need to ensure integrity and transparency in conducting business and corporate activities, safeguarding its position, image, customer expectations, and the work of its employees. To this end, the company has deemed it appropriate to analyze and strengthen all existing corporate governance and control tools, proceeding with the adoption of the Organizational, Management, and Control Model according to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (updated as of September 15, 2023).
Through the Code of Ethics and Conduct, it also undertakes to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country, confirming that the pursuit of corporate interests can only be achieved through conduct aligned with high ethical standards and corporate values.
You can contribute by reporting behaviours that violate the Code, such as acts of corruption, fraud, cybercrime, abuse, or discrimination in the workplace, as well as suggestions or complaints related to Gender Equality (e.g., inappropriate language, pay disparities, parental protection, mobbing). Reports can also be made anonymously and serve as a form of protection for the whistleblower, ensuring that no form of sanction or retaliation is tolerated against those who report possible illegal activities in good faith.
In this regard, and to comply with Legislative Decree 24/2023, which transposes EU Directive 2019/1937, Project has updated its Whistleblowing system by adopting a secure internal channel (operational instruction).

Privacy
In line with its core business, the parent company Project implements a strategy based on compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR. It considers essential the involvement and contribution of all functions to protect and manage personal information correctly. For this reason, a Privacy Officer and a Committee have been formally appointed. Together with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), they act to provide support, and training, and serve as tools for protecting the personal data of all stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization. This governance structure conducts in-depth analysis of processes, modifies them as needed, defines new procedures, and documents all operations to safeguard privacy.
