PCTO
Learning on the job, planning for the future
Every year, we welcome secondary school students as part of the Cross-Curricular Skills and Career Guidance Programme (PCTO), offering them a practical and educational experience within our company.
The activities on offer cover the various areas in which we operate: from technical laboratories to cybersecurity, from software development to artificial intelligence. The aim is to help young people discover the world of work up close, navigate the various professional roles and put their skills to the test.
Each programme is designed in collaboration with teachers and can be customised according to the needs of the schools and the company’s availability.
Young talents in action
Some significant moments that illustrate the progress made by students during their PCTO period at our company.
